AQTT-08B-32 Track 3Te Linepull Tensioner

The AQTT-08B-3 tensioner is a horizontal caterpillar track system for the handling of flexibles, umbilicals and steel pipe. The unit is powered by an electro hydraulic powerpack and operated from a remote control cabin or from the tensioner structure itself.

The unit can be set to operate automatically in pull-in, pay-out, constant tension or render mode. Speed, tension and product distance are displayed on a control console. The system can be transported on a standard 40' articulated truck.

An external power supply of 440V, 3-phase, 55kW, 50/60Hz is required using a 100kVA generator or alternative power supply. If required the tensioner can be rotated through 90? to operate as a vertical tensioner.

• If required, a boltable base frame can be supplied with the tensioner. The tensioner base frame has pre-drilled holes on the base a general arrangement of the frame can be supplied on request.
