The AQPR-10A-250 powered roller base is fully adjustable to drive different reel diameters and widths. Each base has four rollers, which rotate the reels by friction driving the rims of the reel flange. The reels are kept on the base by the lip flanges on each roller.
The AQPR-10A-250 is operated manually from a remote control console and the hydraulic motors for the system are powered by dedicated diesel or electro hydraulic power packs.
The system is road transportable and can be dismantled into component parts that enable the equipment to fit into a standard 40' x 8' container.
