To accompany the powered reel and roller base systems Aquatic has level winders available for hire. These systems operate independently with hydraulic powerpacks where necessary with the level winder being powered by a hydraulic motor on a chain drive system.

The vertical and horizontal neoprene rollers are adjustable to suit different product diameters. The level winders and roller boxes are used for controlling the fleet angle of the product during spooling onto installation and storage reels.

  • Dimension 'E' is a maximum. These dimensions can be reduced to suit smaller diameter product to make spooling easier
  • If a dedicated powerpack is supplied with this unit, the powerpack is supplied with 10m hydraulic supply hoses and a 20m long power cable as standard
  • Longer hoses or cable can be supplied on request
